Advocacy support for NDIS and DSP
Having your application rejected can be very disheartening, especially as people with ME/CFS have often experienced stigma associated with the condition. So it is important to know before you begin the process that applying for the DSP/NDIS might take up a lot of emotional energy.
If you require advocacy or help with your DSP or NDIS application, such as understanding and completing forms, collecting the appropriate medical evidence, assessing the application success rate, support during the review process or appealing rejections the following advocacy organisations may be able to help.
The Disability Advocacy Finder lists advocacy services based on your postcode.
