Join Pedal For Power
Inclusive fundraising — no bike required
Participate solo or as a team. Choose a pedal that fits your energy and set a gentle time goal for the campaign.
- Rest — Rest (default and always valid)— how many minutes of planned rest will you do?
- Micro — for example taps or scrolls - how many minutes will you do?
- Make — for example stitches, beading, or drawing – how many minutes will you do?
- Move — for example walking, cycling, running (for allies) – how many minutes will you do?

How to Join Pedal For Power?
Takes around 5 minutes! Follow these steps:
- Decide to Join a Team or Participate Solo
- Register with your name and email (your name will appear on the leaderboard)
- Create your fundraising profile and set your fundraising goal
- Check your email to choose a Pedal and set a gentle goal (login with the username and password you set in the step above or use your existing login)
- Share your fundraising page with family, friends and others (you'll receive a link to your fundraising page in your mailbox after registering
- Get sponsored
- Log your effort (minutes) to show your progress towards your goal
What is the duration of Pedal For Power?
The Pedal For Power campaign runs from 15 March (Long COVID Awareness Day) to 12 May (ME/CFS Awareness Day).
How do I choose my pedal?
To choose your pedal, select from the options available in the drop-down box on your registration page. If your preferred activity isn’t listed, you can add your own by selecting Other.
How do I set my goal?
In Pedal For Power, your goal is set by the total number of minutes you aim to pedal across the campaign period, through to 12 May. You can see Days Remaining on the home page.
For example, if your pedal is Meditate aim to do this for an hour daily through the challenge (60 minutes), your total goal would be 60 minutes multiplied by the days remaining.
