Fairley joined Emerge Australia in July 2024.
Fairley holds a Bachelor of Biomedicine (Honours) and possesses a diverse professional background that includes research and support work. She is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Public Health.
At Emerge Australia, Fairley provides one-on-one support to people living with ME/CFS and long COVID, helping them navigate disability support options. She also coordinates the Virtual Support Program.
She is passionate about developing programs and resources that educate, support, and empower people to navigate complex health and disability systems.
