After our friend was diagnosed with severe ME/CFS, a group of us longed to find some meaningful way to help in what felt like a helpless situation. Five of us have decided to run 50Km each (a total of 250km) in the month of September to raise awareness of ME/CFS, to support the critical research and advocacy Emerge Australia does.

So we’re doing as they asked. We’re running 50km each in September to raise awareness of ME/CFS, to support the critical research and advocacy Emerge Australia does, and to say hi to the sky for those that can’t right now.
