Fairley joined Emerge Australia in July 2024.
Fairley holds a Bachelor of Biomedicine (Honours) and possesses a diverse professional background that includes biomedical research, research administration, telephone support services, and NDIS support work. She is passionate about disability inclusion and mental health, currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Mental Health. Fairley is motivated to apply her skills in scientific communication and psychosocial support to empower people living with ME/CFS and long COVID.
