She is a writer and member of the Croakey Health social media team and interested in identity processes and building capacity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.
Her emphasis is on leadership, mentorship, and education as key foundations in changing the narrative. Tess brings a strong health and identity focus, has worked in areas where intrinsic value is a must and the care of individuals is paramount in creating change in people’s lives. Tess specialises in communication and media representation.
I think a lot of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders may just give up on trying to get a diagnosis of ME/CFS. – Dr Tess Ryan
We are delighted to share Emerge Australia Ambassador Bloom with her rendition of John Lennon’s Imagine to open and close our podcasts.
